REFUND POLICY
Retainer Deposit

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total package price is required upon booking.

This retainer serves as a cancellation fee and cannot be refunded.
Client Cancellation Policy

More than 180 days before the wedding:

The retainer will be forfeited.

No additional fees will be due.

61-180 days before the wedding:
-
The retainer will be forfeited.
-
An additional 30% of the remaining balance will be due.

31-60 days before the wedding:
-
The retainer will be forfeited.

An additional 50% of the remaining balance will be due.

30 days or less before the wedding:
-
The full package price will be due.

Rescheduling Policy

If rescheduling is necessary (e.g., due to unforeseen events such as COVID-19), date changes within one year of the original date will be accommodated at no additional cost, pending availability.

If the photographer is unavailable on the rescheduled date, the original contract will be canceled and subject to the terms of this cancellation policy.
Photographer Cancellations
If the photographer is unable to perform due to illness, injury, or another unforeseen reason:

A full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.

The photographer will make every effort to arrange a replacement photographer with a similar style and skill level.
Force Majeure

In the event of uncontrollable circumstances (such as natural disasters or pandemics), both parties agree to discuss a fair resolution. This may include rescheduling or a partial refund.
Cancellation Process

Cancellations must be communicated in writing, such as through email.

Cancellations become effective only once the written notice is received by the photographer.
Refunds
Any applicable refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Cooling-off Period
Clients have a 14-day cooling-off period from the contract signing date, during which they may cancel for a full refund, including the retainer.
